Question: when i eat food with maida (refined flour)

i have problem on sides of my stomach. extreme pain
near kidneys

Sometimes indigestion can lead to pain in the abdomen and can be referred to the sides of the abdomen.

This is not related to the kidneys anyway.

Avoid eating Maida, instead substitute it wit whole wheat foods.
