What Causes A Swollen Vein In The Arm?

Question: I slept on my arm. In the crease of my arm it looks like my vein is swollen and you can see probably 2 inches of a red vein towards my arm

It's a thin red line, looks almost like a scratch but it was swollen this morning when I woke up

Need not worry, the swollen vein could be due to transient stasis of the blood. As you say the size has reduced now, there is not need to worry.

Movements in the arm and forearm makes it disappear over time.
