I would recommend performing some tests:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that this symptomatology could be related to different disorders like:

- High blood pressure. What are your actual blood pressure values?
- Abdominal aorta aneurysm.
- Anxiety could also mimic these symptoms.

I would recommend to closely monitor your blood pressure frequent times during the day and refer those values to your doctor.

Besides a careful physical examination, further tests should be done to determine the cause:

- an abdominal ultrasound
- a resting ECG
- a chest X ray study
- some blood lab tests (complete blood count, thyroid hormone levels, blood electrolytes).

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
