What Can Cause Recurrent Mouth Ulcers And Fatigue?

Question: - Recurrent mouth ulcers throughout the past 3 months
Goes and comes back

- Fatigue

Blood tests looks normal

Negative HIV type 1 & 2
Negative herpes
And following results attached

What may be the cause of my mouth ulcers and fatigue?

How can I boost my immune system?

Is it true that someone can fix his or her immune system?

Hello,

I can understand your concern and I am sorry for your situation.

I read carefully the lab tests you have attached and they are negative.

If you were my patient I would recommend you to do the following :

A gastroscopy of the stomach to evaluate better the food ways and to take a lavage of the stomach secretions.

A biopsy of the mouth ulcers is indicated too in such conditions.

All the above might help a lot in determining the exact agent of ulcers and after having the results it would be the correct treatment.

No I don't think so however we should be sure and biopsy its the best test for it.

Biopsy might say for the exact agent. There are several infections that might cause the ulcers, some granulomatous diseases cause this symptomatic too.
