Hello!

Welcome to - Ask a Doctor - service!

I passed carefully through your medical history and would like to explain that when dealing with bradycardia while sleeping it's necessary reviewing the level and extend of it.
A mild bradycardia may be common while on sleep.

Even pauses of up to around 3 seconds may be encountered in apparently normal individuals.

But considering your supreventricular arrhythmia, atrial fibrillation and relatively long pauses, a consideration for sick sinus syndrome should be taken into account.

First, coronary heart disease should be ruled out. In addition, the presence of any underlying cardiomyopathies should be investigated.

If you are highly symptomatic (persistent bradycardia, fainting or syncope, etc ) even during the daytime and sick sinus syndrome is confirmed, then pacemaker implantation is a therapeutic option.

You should discuss with your attending physician on the above mentioned issues!

Hope to have been helpful!
