Brief Answer:
It could be a peri anal abscess.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain in the anal region is most commonly due to Peri anal abscess. If it is confirmed, the pus has to be drained.
Another painful condition that has to be excluded is Thrombosed Haemorrhoid.
Please consult your doctor /lower GI surgeon and proceed further.
Till then, take high fiber diet.Eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Your stool should be soft.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
