Brief Answer:
You can track the levels before proceeding

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, in the previous queries, and keeping in mind the pagets disease, though it is satisfactory to know that alkaline phosphate and calcium levels are coming back to normal but as already been mentioned symptoms are not reliable indicator for treatment indication and treatment should be started before onset of symptoms. However, Since levels are improving, you can wait to repeat them after 3 months. A bone scan may also be performed and it may also guide to start bisphospanates or zoludronate infusions. Wishing you a great health. Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
