Question: ACcidently we have given Nasivion adult to my kid whose is 2years and 3 months old

There is no real danger. Avoid nasivion. Use saline drops instead.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

Nasivion will merely cause a vasoconstriction of the blood vessels of the nasal cavity and the turbinates. The fact that it is an adult formulation may be true, at best it is in a higher concentration. There is no absorption of the drug by the body. Kindly do not do it again. I will politely ask you to use salt water drops for your kid, when the necessity arises next. This is the best way, to prevent confusion between similarly packaged medication and the resultant tensions that misadministration leads to.
