Brief Answer:
Discontinue immediately, and start a detox with your doctors help

Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Stop immediately!!! Both methamphetamine and paxil are contraindicated during pregnancy, but especially with the use of methamphetamine during pregnancy there is an extremely high risk of fetal death, especially if it is not discontinued by the 12th week of pregnancy.

Please visit your doctor and stay under observation for a short period of time to observe for blood pressure fluctuations and metal blood circulation to avoid complications. I would strongly urge you to be honest with your doctor so he/she can go about the required investigations to help support the current pregnancy. And as it goes without saying, please stop the meth use immediately.

Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.

Brief Answer:
Need to begin searching for one closest to our location; get insurance

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again ma'am.

I would have recommended a few good doctors from our forum here, but the thing is that you need day to day physical monitoring and an ultrasound to check on your baby from the time to time along with blood pressure monitoring and so on.

So you will have to visit a medical centre close by or a hospital or a clinic that can provide you with a doctor. But as you are located in the United States, it is going to turn out to be really expensive without medical insurance.

Please consider visiting a doctor for now just for one or two visits, and in the meantime get your medical insurance sorted which you will inevitably need when you come to term and have to deliver.

Best wishes.
