Brief Answer:
Tb medicines are not harmful to the fetus

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to healthcare magic.I understand your concern.Iam sorry for your condition.
In my opinion Tb medicines are not harmful to baby and they wont lead to any congenital anamolies in fetus. The drug pyrazinamide might cause hearing problems in fetus so it is not given in pregnancy. So discuss with your doctor regarding that.
Even the breast feeding can be given while on Tb medicines with no harm.
There will not be any harm to fetus after delivery.
You need to take precautions like:-
1)Take your medicines correctly.
2)Get enough sleep.
3)Take high protein and high calorie diet.If you feel nauseous take food in smaller quantities many times.Try peppermint tea or ginger tea.
Take protein shakes in between the meals.
4)Exercise like walking for 20 minutes daily to start with and slowly increase time.
5)Dont feel depressed about the disease because it usually clears with correct treatment.
Tb without treatment might cause low birth weight ,preterm labor etc .So treating the Tb is essential in pregnancy.
Hope this satisfies your query.
Feel free to ask any more queries.
