Brief Answer:
depends upon body's immune response

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank You for contacting HCM. My name is Dr Muhammad Ali Rauf & i will look into your problem.

I have gone through your query and would try to help you in the best possible way. If body' immune response(defence mechanism) is strong then oral candidiasis usually does not spread to systemic infection. In patients with immunocompromised state, chances are great for systemic infection.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Brief Answer:
Systemic spread unlikely to occur

Detailed Answer:
hello

thank you for the followup query.

As you are healthy so its unlikely for systemic spread of infection. It will be limited to oral cavity which will resolve with treatment.

Feel free to get back for if you need further guidance.
