Question: Rash on my shoulder. Not raised or sore/itchy. Noticed whilst changing clothes. Doesn't disappear with pressure.

I have reviewed the attached photographs and it seems to be capillaritis which might be due to some unnoticed trauma to the shoulder.
I don’t think you need to worry about it.
It should disappear in 7-10 days.
Just keep it under observation.
