What Are Possible Complications Of Penile Implants?
Question: I am concerned about the eventual replacement of a penile implant. I am worried about scarring, size loss, eventual "impotence" again, etc. I just wanted to talk about the eventual worries and put my mind at ease. I know infection is the big one- but I stay healthy. I also wanted to talk about additional ways to preserve this device to avoid complications.
I only ask because I'm about to get married and want to not lose all I'm creating. My question is simply: Is there a chance I will ever not be able to have fufilling sex with my partner again?

I'm concerned that I'm so young- 28. I have read that these devices malfunction on average every 10-12 years. I now have the ability to have a normal erection without inflation, which is a great thing.
After reimplantations, could my function be retained or will I lose this?
