Brief Answer:
Walk is best.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I can understand your concern.
You can do simple house hold activities but do not bend and over stretch.
I understand about your time issues but walk for 20-30 minutes is must if you don't want to do. Please try to manage your timings.
If you are working woman I suggest you do not sit long time it may cause leg swelling.
Take break between your work and walk for 5-10 minutes. Repeat it every one hour.
Lie down on left lateral side. Use firm mattress.

You can do simple pre natal exercises those videos available in youtube,I guess you know this already.
If you have any queries I will be happy to help you.
Thank you.
