Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Based on the CT Scan report that you have provided it seems that you have what is called as Bosnian Cyst in your Left Kidney.
Bosnian Cysts are cysts in the kidney detected in many individuals on routine scanning These are cysts present since orthodontist and are usually filled with clear fluid and are benign in nature and do not require any treatment

However whenever they are are detected to have separate ( partition) in them they are suspected to have changed in nature either in to malignant one or got infection (Complex Cyst)

In such situation they need to be removed by surgery . The type I or II IS Indicative of size of the cyst . Please consult qualified Urologist for further management

Thanks and Regards
Dr Patil.
