Brief Answer:
If weakness is of recent origin, you need to consult neurologist ASAP.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have considered your history and in my opinion, we need to rule out if you have had a stroke recently.

Weakness in the lower limbs could be due to stroke. So first you will have to consult a neurologist right away and get yourself examined to find out the cause for the weakness.

It is also significant that you also have balance problems, which again could be one of the symptoms of stroke.

And this is quite easily possible in your case as you have both diabetes and hypertension and also have hypothyroidism.

Pain while bending maybe because of local muscular sprain, it is best to get examined.

You can take a pain killer for the pain, and you can apply hot compresses to the painful areas for now.

I hope this addresses your question, please feel free to write back to me if you have any doubts.

Wishing you the best.

Warm regards.
