Question: Vitamin D deficiency

My current report reading is 23.1ng/ml.

For last 2 months, I am feeling pain leg ( calf, shin, toe, and heel). its mainly during sleep and while workout.

I drink milk daily at about 500ml. Sometimes I eat eggs too.

My Cholesterol is also high-

Cholesterol Total - 202.88

Direct LDL Cholesterol - 115.00

I do regular workouts in the gym and sometimes play badminton and table tennis. still cholesterol is high.

Please suggest medicines for this.

Brief Answer:
About low Vit D and high Cholesterol;

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for asking!
I have gone carrfully through your concern.
The Vit D level is slightly decreased and you should take supplements during winter season; Vit D3 ( there are different comercial names, depend on the country you live), 1000 UI per day, recommended to be taken after the most fatty meal.
The cholesterol level is not to be concerned if you do not have other diseases such as; Diabetes, High blood pressure or obesity.
You may take CoQ10 supplements, one tb per day for 6 months.
Hope the imformation will help.
Best wishes,
Dr.Mirjeta
