Hi XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query.

You have mentioned that you haven't been able to have a sexual intercourse with your wife since the day of marriage, i.e 20 days.

There can be many reasons which can come in way of this.
1. Male Factors - Poor Erection
If the erection is not strong, you will not be able to penetrate.
Is this the cause ??
2. Female Factors - Narrow Vaginal Orifice
Hymen which has very narrow opening
Dyspareunea (Pain while having intercourse)

Female factors such as narrow vaginal opening can come in way of insertion.
Some females have a very narrow opening in the Hymen (Membrane covering the Vaginal orifice). In such situations too, here will be difficulty in penetration.
Some females experience extreme pain before and during attempted insertion and this can some times preclude sexual intercourse.

If your erection is normal you can try few of the following.
1. Try using your fingers and see if there is any obstruction. If you can successfully insert two fingers, this will be enough to penetrate.
2. Use lots of lubrication/vaselene.

If the problem still persists, get your self and your wife evaluated.

Hope this answers your query.

Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up.

I have few questions.

Are you able to penetrate or not ?
In your first question, you mentioned that you had difficulty to penetrate.

Here you have mentioned that the semen downfall is late when you enter into her private parts. Is your semen coming out delayed when you are inside her?

Well, that means that you are having delayed ejaculation. Its a normal phenomenon initially. It some times take much time.
For few days, go on and try to get semen off inside. If not possible you can do it outside. However, with time, this will improve.

If your still have problems, you must consult urologist.

Hope this answers your query.

Take Care
