Brief Answer:
Probably traveler's diarrhea, follow the advice below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your symptoms seem to be related to traveler's diarrhea.

The most common cause of traveler's diarrhea is E. coli bacteria.

I suggest using over the counter option like Imodium three tablets a day.

I also recommend using daily probiotics.

I suggest using an electrolyte solution such as Pedialyte daily.

I also suggest to drink a lot of liquids and use a plain diet.

You should avoid spicy food or carbonated drinks during this period.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
