Brief Answer:

Large liquid intake is one of the common reasons, please follow the advice below

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

There are many different reasons that can cause your symptom:

-drinking too many liquids (this is one of the common reasons)
-drinking too much alcohol and caffeine
-urinary tract infections
-kidney stones
-diabetes

So if I were your doctor I would recommend these examinations to confirm the diagnosis :

-a urinalysis
-an ultrasound abdomen
-a complete blood count.

Meanwhile, I'd suggest you reduce the number of liquids, caffeine, and if at all any alcohol that you consume.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
