Question: Hello doctor,
my brother's first turbt done on 28th aug, due to unseen XXXXXX muscles in first biopsy second biopsy done on 5th sep. it diagonesed t1g3. now doctors suggest line of tretment BCG. when BCG treatment should start. After second biopsy there is bleeding in urine on 8th day, 13th day and 20th day. please suggest when should BCG treatment start now. Today (28 sep) in urine's microscopic examination PUS Cells 15-20 /hpf, RBC 80-100 /hpf, epithilial cells 2-3 /hpf

Usually BCG is started 2 to 3 weeks after TURBT.
The other pre-requisites are
1. Urine culture needs to be sterile.
2. No gross blood in urine.
