Hi XXXXXXX
Welome to XXXXXXX
The poor mouth opening with a history of chewing tobacco is a warning
sign.
You may be having the initial stage of submucal fibrosis which limits the bite and
also causes intolerable feel for spicy foods.
It may be a precancerous condition and you should immediately stop tobacco
and you should consult an ENT doctor of your locality as soon as possible for a close look and to decide furtber action accordingly.
I hope the advise would be helpful for you.

Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome back.
As I told you earlier ENT doctor must be consulted.
Quit all forms of tobacco otherwise nothing will work.
Tab. Supradyn twice a day for 6month is recommended.
Local application of Glycerin thrice a day will be helpful.
Other treatments would depend on local conditions and will be decided by
the local clinician .
I hope that answers your query.
Note: Consult an experienced Otolaryngologist / ENT Specialist online for further follow up on ear, nose, and throat issues - Book a Call now.
