Question: This morning after I had just woken up, I was just lying in bed and right out of the blue, I started feeling tremors in my mouth. It only lasted a minute or so, but it's never happened to me before. Does this mean anything?

Hii.

Have you experienced the same tremor before also? If you haven't experienced this tremor also then start some vitamin B12 tablet also. If you are having repeated episodes of tremors around the oral cavity then you may need to consult a Neurologist as this may be an indication of seizures.
Follow up for few days and review.
