Question: The sole below my toes are feeling as if it has a pad . Normally my sugar pre is normal and post prandial is 160-220 depending on what I eat. Also the sensation between my big toe and toe next to it is not good. I meen there is sense of touch but sense of prick is very low. I had vitamin B12 deficiency but now it is ok .
I am really very worried that there is a very weird feeling between my toes and sole part just below the toes . And whenever I sit I become conscious and when I wake up I feel as if the whole toe region is stiff. This feeling is acute when I sleep or just sitting. But when I work or walk or exercise the feeling is not acute. And when I wet my feet I feel as if it is normal. I have tried Vitamin D ,B12 paragabalin neurobion forte but this weird feeling and pad like between my toes and region below the toes persists.
Pls suggest something I do walking I play but still this persists . Someone said it might be due to wrong sitting posture .I am confused. Apart from this I currently have absolutely no other health issue
