Brief Answer:
Follow up with a bit more information.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

Kindly upload image, so I would get better idea. Still follow up with a bit more information to rule out any other possibilities and medications details.

Please let me know do you have rapid heart beats, decreased sleep, fever, runny nose, sore throat, swelling over face?
Do you have allergy to any food or medication?

For further assessment, I would suggest you to do thyroid profile, complete hemogram after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then for headache you can take tablet acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500 mg. In case of itching you can take tablet loratidine 10 mg once a day. Do regular blood pressure monitoring. Avoid hot and humid environment.

Hope I have answered your query and let me know if I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
