Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection

Question: Yes I have have symptoms of a possible yeast infection or bactterial of vagina or bladder, none verified. I felt up there now and feel a nodule on left side upper vagina

You should get your urine tested for routine microscopy and culture sensitivity. About the nodule in your vagina, it could be a harmless Bartholin's cyst but it would be a good idea to get it examined by a doctor.

I did have a culture of urine test......negative........I feel this irritation upper far vagina where I put finger up and felt a pea size nodule

What is your suggestion?? This has been going on for 8 wks, driving me crazy~....so far test, etc. $975!!

Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to respond faster.

I do not think that it is too concerning. It is probably a harmless Bartholin's cyst caused due to blockage of the mouth of one of the glands supplying the lubrication. A clinical examination would be needed to confirm on this.

Could you please let me know the pus cell count of the urine?
