Suggest Treatment For Weak Immune System

Question: Hello

I am suffering from alergic tendency includes throught infection very reguarly , basic issue is weak immune system.

I can understand your concern.
Possibility of allergic pharyngitis is more likely in your case.
So do following things for better symptomatic relief.
1. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
2. Avoid oily and spicy food.
3. Avoid hard to chew food.
4. Do warm water gargles 5-6 times a day.
5. Take montelukast and fexofenadine combination at night time before going to sleep.
Do all these for 1 month and you will be alright.
Recurrent allergy is not due to weak immune system.

2. Have you ever tried anti allergic drugs?
3. Do you have any nasal of chest symptoms?

Yes Sir i have severe Nasal congestion , My allergic symptopms are due to weather changes and due to Plution and dust .

Yes i have taken Anti allergic last many years now i am avoiding the anti allergic due to side effects.

Actually i never taken a common anti allergic , every time medicine changed due to city or doctor changed.

Side effect like acidity , constpation and dowziness .

Sorry to say but this is not the way you should treat allergy.
Start following drugs.
1. Intranasal spray containing steroid (fluticasone)
2. Oral combination of montelukast and fexofenadine once a day at night.
Please let me know if you have tried nasal spray before.
Also tell me from which things you are allergic.
