I understand your concerns but don't worry. Most likely cause of pukes in newborn period is aerophagia (gas ingestion while feeding) and gastro-oesophageal regurgitation of feeds.
So, I would recommend you to give him proper burping in between and after feeds. Ensure good attachment and positioning while breastfeeding.

You may also start Domperidone drops for persistent vomiting.

In case, the baby do not respond, poorly feeding, lethargic and color of vomitus is bilious (greenish) then do visit a pediatrician immediately for clinical examination and evaluation.
