Hi I have been getting this weird wave/pressure that starts in my chest to my throat , I don t feel sick or anything. just comes and goes every minute. its been like this for a week now. I thought I could just be having a mini anxiety attack but I don t feel extremely stressed or overwhelmed. My chest feels heavy. what could this be?

I think u are suffering from aerophagia.
The pain is because of increased air going into the stomach which causes pressure build up and vague irritating pain in the lower chest.
Once there is belching or flatus passed u feel relieved, in your case probably belching
