Question: I fell have a huge hematoma o right buttocks,upper leg, I have a history of blood clots,lave an greenfield filter and take Plavix daily,had ultrasound,is 31cm long and very painful.any suggestions?

You should consult general surgeon with this issue. Please note that hematoma is a source of infection. Blood contains ingredients great for bacteria grow. So sooner or later this hematoma will turn into an abscess. As you take Plavix, there will be a need to switch it to Haprine injection in case of surgical treatment.
Surgeon can decide about it incision and drainage.
