Question: My wife hears buzzing sound on the left ear.

3. Get a PTA (Pure Tone Audiogram) and a Tympanogram (Impedance Audiometry) done.
4. This tinnitus seems to be related to her ear cleaning and the oil that she has put in the ear. There may be some mild inflammation that will settle down and the tinnitus will decrease.
