Suggest Treatment For Swelling In Upper Left Quadrant Of Abdomen After Treating Shingles

Question: I have some swelling in the upper left quadrant of my abdomen......just completed meds for shingles on the same side...however the pain was there prior to shingles radiating around to the left side of my back.....you can feel a abnormal lump on top MY upper left rib cage

Is the are involving the lump still painful ?
Specify the time the herpes zoster/shingles lesions appeared and for how long did they persist before leaving off the lump
If appropriate, Kindly upload some good quality images of the swelling to advise accordingly.
