Suggest Treatment For Swelling And Bruise On The Left Arm

Question: Swelling in left and it appears bruised on my left arm only. Also arm feel tighter, swelling. It also appears to be spreading up my arm, the back of my arm around the bicep. Also, NO Pain. Also I am not taking blood thinners. Also no fever. Also no trauma. I have had bruises as a former athlete. I did not bump into something. 2.5 days ago the discoloration started.

A Doppler ultrasound of the affected limb should be done to rule out a possible vascular cause such as a DVT. To be on the safe side, PT/INR testing should also be done to gauge the anticoagulation status accordingly.
