Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. It will be helpful if you can upload a close-up images. There is no fixed description of a normal throat.

2. The white spots are likely to be normal concretions (similar to tonsilloliths) in the lymphoid tissue at the back of throat. The sore throat can be easily treated with antibiotics, anti-allergy medication and a medicated mouthwash.

3. The black spot inside the cheek may be the normal opening of the parotid salivary duct (Stensen's Duct), cheek-bite trauma or melanosis (pigmentation)

4. These are either normal structures or benign lesions and very unlikely to be mouth cancer.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
