Brief Answer:
pulp polyp

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM.

You have provided very little information.according to that it seems to be a case of pulp polyp or gingival polyp.
Do you have any pain associated with that tooth.
Mostly these type of tooth can be saved by RCT (root canal therapy).otherwise you have to get it removed.
I would advice you to visit dentist.they can take a xray of that tooth and treat accordingly.
If you can upload the picture or xray of that tooth i can help you better with the right short of treatment.

For any further query feel free to ask.

Regards
Dr. Shesh
