Brief Answer:
Probably due to food poisoning!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this hear about this upset stomach and diarrhea. I have reviewed your information fully and these symptoms are typical of food poisoning/intolerance. This happens when you mix several different food types or eat food which is poorly handled. The best management is to drink and eat as much as possible to replace the fluid losses caused by diarrhea. Rest often helps as well.

In all, food poisoning/intolerance. Drink much fluids and take some rest. All would return to normal.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Brief Answer:
If you are still able to drink water and hold it down, continue drinking.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this precision.

The problem with diarrhea is that you fail to eat and drink much water to compensate for the losses. if you think you are able to drink water and not vomit all of it, then I will recommend that you continue to drink. However, if you are totally unable to drink and hold anything down, I will recommend that you take pepto Bismol chewable tablets for relief of your nausea and vomiting symptoms. If the vomiting fails to subside or you feel too weak after taking this medication, I will recommend you visit the hospital because that might be suggestive of insufficient fluid intake and need for fluids to be administered.

In all, if you can drink and keep, continue to do so. If you are unable to keep anything down, use peptobismol. If this fails to help, then I will recommend you visit the hospital at that time.

Let me know if this works for you and how well you are improving. Until then, I wish you well.
