Question: have had severe sweating for about a month even in cold environments I feel very hot and sweat profusely for no reason help

Hello,

The symptoms you reported are suggestive for overactive thyroid.
That is the most common and the first pathology to be ruled out.
You need to check TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 ( thyroid hormones).
Usually overactive thyroid may be associated with rapid heart beat, insomnia, weight loss, tremor etc..
The exams mentioned above can confirm/ rule it out.
