Suggest Treatment For Severe Hairfall
Question: I have problem of hairfall and its huge. Kidly suggest the appropiate solution to avoid the hairfall please

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.
How long since you have hair fall?
Does it affect the whole of scalp Or only the central portion of scalp (i.e front, mid and vertex) of scalp? Has your anterior hair line receded?
Is there a family history of hair fall or early balding in father?brother?uncles etc?
Can you upload a few images of the affected area?
Is there any preceding stressful event like medical illness, surgery or weight loss?

2. It affects the whole of scalp with major portion in front and mid.
3. No ther is no any history of hairfall in my family background.
4. Has gone through page buit there is no any option where photos can be uploaded.
5. There is somewhat stress of work load and not with any illness, surgery or weight loss.

use minoxidil solution and oral finasteride

hi
going by the distribution of hair loss you seem to have androgenetic alopecia. I suggest you to use Minoxidil 5% solution(Mintop forte), 1ml, twice daily on scalp skin. In addition you may take a tablet of Finasteride 1mg(Finax), once daily. Use these together for 6 months on affected area and you would notice improvement.
