Question: I just had a severe diareeha attack wth excurating pain. I was even on the floor have the diareeha because the pain was so bad. How could I have stopped the cramping and diareeha during such a severe attack. I even vomited water from the pain.

In case of such strong pain, only drip with painkillers can help instantly. Such drip usually contains Buscolisine, Metamizole and Lidocaine.
There is no other way to stop such cramping and diarrhea instantly. Hot bath is what can help, but only a little.

For now, it would be good to find the reason of such pain. As you have had diarrhea with cramping, partial bowels obstruction is to be ruled out. Such obstruction can appear due to colon cancer. The symptoms can come and go. Excessive diarrhea along with strong cramping before and during it are characteristic symptoms of partial bowels obstruction.

I suggest you to consult your doctor and do not wait with it. Abdominal ultrasound, x-ray and blood work should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be scheduled.
