Brief Answer:
Gastrointestinal infeciton seems most probable.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Do you have any lump in the umbilicus? Do you have fever? Does the pain radiate to the back? Do you have blood in stool? Does the pain appears after foods intake?

Your symptoms are most likely caused by some gastrointestinal infection. It can be viral or bacterial. Especially if you also have some nausea and the symptoms appeared after some food intake.
Most of gastrointestinal infections does not need medical attention and disappears by theirs own. Please start probiotic intake, avoid any solid foods for next 12 hours and drink plenty of liquids. If this wont help, or blood in stool will appear, or you will get fever, you should consult your doctor.

For pain relief you should try Buscolizne or Metamizole.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
