Brief Answer:
either non-specific intestinal infection or diet habit

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can understand your concern for GI symptoms
1) You can take anti-colic group of medication for crampy pain.
2) These crampy pain is due to either rapid movement of intestine or due to nonspecific intestinal infection due to unhygienic food ingestion.
3) If you have loose stool then you should do stool routine examination.
4) Episodes of mild crampy pain in absence of loose stool might be due to your new diet habit.

Hope I answered your query. If you have any further doubts, I would be happy to help you.
Have a nice day!

Brief Answer:
requirement of digestive enzyme in more quantity

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Because some enzymes will be secreted more when you eat uncooked food for digestion. And some of these enzymes has effect on intestinal movement also. Therefore sometimes you might have crampy increased bowel movement after uncooked or partially cooked food.
You can take anti-colic group of medication for quick relief from such pain episodes.
