Brief Answer: These symptoms are because of dry eyes. Detailed Answer: Hello ..Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Dadapeer an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye. It seems from the history that you are having sensitivity redness and dryness of eyes and you are on treatment with natural tears and visco tears. All these symptoms indicate dry eyes which is one of the commonest eye problems. I suggest you following things for relief from these dry eye related symptoms. Increase the frequency of using natural tears and visco tears you can use them 3-6 times depending on the severity of symptoms. Avoid predisposing factors like over use of laptop/ computer, excessive watching television, exposure to dust/ wind, use of fan or air conditioner.... Usually with use of artificial tear eye drops and by avoiding the predisposing risk factors most of the symptoms will show improvement over 2-4 weeks. If the symptoms still persist you need examination by ophthalmologist to assess the severity of dry eye by simple dry eye tests like schirmers test.. and to find out the cause and type of dry eye. The next treatment options are treatment of the underlying causes like blepharitis... and use of cyclosporine eye drops or use of punctual plugs. Hope the information is helpful to you and please do ask me if you need any further clarifications. Thank you
