Question: My twin boys have bad tantrums hit there heads into walls throw themselves on to the ground screaming and yelling running in the middle of the street lying and hitting people and very behing in school for there age andd they have a hard time playing and being around other kidsan when these things happen an they get these fits and they domt get there way they get nosebleeds im trying to figure out is there any help I can get for my kids before it's gets worst when they start public school

It is very important that your sons be evaluated by a pediatric behavioralist to deal with these problems. The sooner this is started the better it will be for them. otherwise they are missing valuable school time and not learning how to socialize appropriately.
I recommend consulting with your doctor who should be able to refer you to a good behavioralist.
