Question: My baby is 6 months old he got this red rashes on his geneticals

The red rashes in the image attached can be due to constant wetness in the area. Avoid keeping the baby in diapers all the time. The genitalia also needs to be exposed to air for some time after cleaning. With proper care such rashes usually improve in 7-10 days.
For improvement of these rashes you can apply coconut oil or aloe vear gel on the area. Using a 1% hydrocortisone gel will also help.

Is yht ok to apply sudo cream

There is a little lump thing on right breast but skmetimes while feeding baby I press it with finger it goes away but comes back again
