1) what is schedule and dosage of his insulin
2) Does he use any sugar lowering pills as well?
3)Did he ate anything today which could make his sugar rise?
4) In which part of abdomen he is having pain?
5) Is his pain new?
6)whats character of pain is it piercing or dull aching?

For now:
sugar level of 320 is not a level on which we advise more insuline if he is using some sugar lowering pill as well like metformin in my opinion he can take it,or you can check his sugar after an hour and see if it is rising? or has reduced ,if reduced well and good if it doesn't reduce and rises to or above 400 then we can give a second dose of insulin and again check his sugar after an hour so that it doesn't go very low.

For pain you can give him Tylenol or if he is having pain in stomach an antacid will be of help, if it's like diarrhea cramping pain he can use a spasmolytic drug like mebeverine,

CONCLUSION: Don't do anything for now about blood sugar just calm him down and re check his sugar after an hour make him drink good bit of water and avoid carbohydrates, for pain ,symptomatic treatment can be taken ,diabetic pain is usually muscular,pain in abdomen is usually a separate thing not related to hight blood sugar.
