Brief Answer:
Please read below for elaborated answer.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The following are the treatment options for guttate psoriasis:
1) Cortisone cream for itching and swelling
2) Creams or lotions that contain coal tar to soothe your skin
3) Vitamin A to be taken orally
4) Application of lotions containing vitamin D
5) Moisturizers would also help heal the roughness of skin

If you don't find any relief with the above, you may need higher medications like:
- Corticosteroids taken by mouth
- Biologics like Guselkumab, Ixekizumab
- Immunosuppressive medications like methotrexate.

The above medications are to be prescribed by a physician or a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your question. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Take care.
