Suggest Treatment For Premature Ejaculation Despite Trying Medication Like Duralast, Paxidep And Clonil?
Question: Sir , I consulted for my problem at very first time with Dr . XXXXXXX only through doctors app only. Then my problem was diagnosed as premature Ejaculation and Duralast was advised before sex but it didn't work then paxidep with clonil was recommended to me which benefited me resulted my frequency got increase to approx 25 jerks from almost 5.
When I again consulted at the same app then doctor was changed there. New doctor recommended me clonil 25mg with tentex forte which not benefited me further so in next consultation dr recommended me paxidep 25mg and tentex forte which again benefited me somewhat and my frequency gone up to approx 1min.
All above treatments goes on for more than three months but the improvement which I felt during course of treatment under Dr. XXXXXXX was outstanding so I searched him online for consultation under his direction please help. Thanks

First of all, I would like to inform you that treatment of premature ejaculation needs use of both medications and behavioral techniques to get the full benefit. As I can see that different medications were recommended but no effort was made for use of behavioral techniques. This is possibly because of different doctors taking the call on different occasions.
As per my experience, appropriate use of behavioral techniques can help you more intensely than the medications alone.
I recommend the following treatment for management of premature ejaculation to my patients.
1. Tab Paxidep CR 12.5 mg for five days followed by 25 mg to be taken at bedtime
2. Tab Confido one tablet twice a day
3. Kegel exercise - It is difficult to explain here so you need to do research to understand the process. Target at least 50-100 contractions per day and use 3 second contraction and 3 second relaxation for optimum results.
