Question: Hello, I am twenty three and have been seeing a neurologist for the past three years due to seizures and fainting spells. I do not have a primary though and typically go to a walk in if I go to a doctor at all, that is. My neurologist has fully gotten my seizures under control with the use of Kepra which I use b.i.d. After that, he has since been working on fixing my tremors which are constant and I have had them for the past four or five year( worse each year) I now use propranolol 120 mg ext release every morning and the tremors have been handled alright although my tests keep getting cancelled other than my blood tests which show extreme vitamin d deficiencies so I take 10000 iud a week. Also, I experience a list of other symptoms which I'm not sure if they're related to eachother or not. But the main issue is that I do get " changes in vision" and I can't see or I only see shapes and lights. I have been sent to the er for it but the doctor always says it's just change in vision despite other symptoms and signs.

Here is a full list of symptoms :

Weird nerve pains ( inner step to groin )
Strange fuzzy feeling in ears, eyes
Leg numbness and tingles
Sleeping with my knees up,
Always exhausted
Teeth grinding/ jaw clenching
Difficulty seeing at night
Blurred vision
** change of vision
Aches
Getting up from bed and falling( weakness)
Tasting and smelling things not present
Poor memory
Unbalanced and poor gait sometimes
Sharp or burning pains
Lightheaded often
Eye shake
Eye lid quivering / lame eye
Heavy focusing
Light sensitivity

These are not always present in any shape of form but at times they are.

Brief Answer:
Vitamins deficiencies to consider.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HealthcareMagic.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Poor vision at night is mainly related to vitamin A deficiency,

Fatigue, nerve pain, numbness, weakness etc. may be related to deficiencies of vitamins B group, but also may be related to thyroid gland dysfunction.

So, if still not evaluated, tests about these vitamins and thyroid gland function are necessary to understand better your condition, since MRI didn't resulted in favor to any neurological condition.

If these tests were or will result within normal ranges, anxiety and stress disorder should be taken in consideration.

Please discuss with your Doctor about these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
