Question: I have had stomach pain for almost 2 months. I have 4 different types of pain. Dull, deep grinding, stabbing and neuralgic sore to touch. The pain types vary throughout the day. The pain is generalised but the time of day does not affect the type I get. Initially, the pain used to keep me awake at night but this no longer happens. I can function normally. I was on Nuropfen express but it only lulled the pain and did not get rid of it.

Brief Answer:
A scan is the next step.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
This type of pain persisting over 2 months is not normal.
Can you pinpoint the area where you are experiencing the pain ?
Do you see any relation with triggers - menstrual cycle, food, season etc ?
What was the result of the ultrasound scan that you had ?
Can you upload your report ?
That would have been my next advice - internal exam by a surgeon and a gynecologist plus an abdominal and pelvic ultrasound scan.
Looking forward to hearing form you.
Take care.
