Question: Hello. During a bowel movment I passed what looks like a fleshy ball. It's smaller than a pea and has finger like projections off of it. It's happened twice now and both times I found it on the toilet paper after wiping. I also have a hemorrhoid that protrudes out during bowel movments and somtimes causes a steak of bright blood on tissue paper as well. I am a 30 year old female and I'm currently 27 weeks pregnant. I have no serious medical history.

Brief Answer:
Submit asap for histo-pathology examination to get correct diagnosis

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/30 - 27 weeks pregnant - known hemorrhoids that protrude out during bowel movements and sometimes causes streak of bright blood on tissue paper - found fleshy ball like thing twice today during bowel movement as seen in the picture - smaller than a pea - has finger like projections - happened twice now and found them on the tissue paper on wiping ...

As per the history and the picture you have provided, this looks to be a polyp that has got detached and found on the tissue paper.
It is best to send this immediately for histo-pathology examination. Must be submitted immediately the the Doctor's or ER so that it is placed in suitable medium and processed. This will give the most correct diagnosis what it is.

I hope this answer helps you to get the most correct diagnosis.

Hello, I am a 22 year old female and don t have any medical conditions. I am worried that I might have rectal prolapse or haemorrhoids, but I am not sure. When I go to the bathroom, I can feel a tiny piece of hard flesh that sticks out when I strain, but only when I strain. It s not very big or very noticeable, don t have any bleeding or pain neither. Is this something I should definitely get checked out? It doesn t necessarily cause me any discomfort apart, I just want to make sure its not the beginning of any medical problems.

Hello, I am having blood in my stool for a few months off and on now. It usually forms a bloody inch wide ring on my solid stool if I do not go immediately. I believe it to be internal hemorrhoid as I m only 21, but today more than usually came out and it concerned me.

I ve had hemorrhoids which a few were removed surgically a few years ago and had perhaps some little ones growing back, but they are not paintful. About 10 days ago I started getting open sores all around my anus. I went to the general doctor and he gave me a save prescription which is used internally, but that seems to irritate more than in helps. We have bought all the creams and am trying that now, but they give some relief during the day, but going to the bathroom is like passing broken glass. Any ideas about where to go from here?

I have had a couple of incidents where skin protrudes from my anus after having a bowel movement. I have spoken with my P.C.P. about it. She called it a reticulated rectum I believe. Is it something I should pursue with a specialist, or should I...
